If you’re offline and there’s no listed outage in your area below, have you tried a simple reboot of your modem/router?

- Pull out the power cord from the back of your modem/router;
- Leave the power cord out for up to 30 seconds;
- Plug the power cord back in again and allow your modem/router to power up for up to 2 minutes.
