If you’re offline and there’s no listed outage in your area below, have you tried a simple reboot of your modem/router?

  1. Pull out the power cord from the back of your modem/router;
  2. Leave the power cord out for up to 30 seconds;
  3. Plug the power cord back in again and allow your modem/router to power up for up to 2 minutes.

If your location appears on the below map as either Outage or Degraded (Degradation) then this is confirmation that your internet service may be affected by an outage.
